Light painting, also know as light drawing, light graffiti and light art can be considered as a medium for more powerful and more vivid artistic expression. Travis Flint explores the different possibilities with light and sound. He started in 2006 working with dancers, looking for other forms to project video. Finding ways to capture light in realtime, he started to make multi layered light paintings and using music to control each layer. This art form captures the flow, form and movement of the light.

Travis Flint is an audiovisual performer, currently living and working in Bilbao, Spain. In 2006 he started working on a live light painting project. Light painting is a photographic technique capturing the movement of light in 3D space. His experience while performing with dance and music improvisation has allowed him to form a new style of visual art.

Exploring a whole new field of performance utilizing music (audio) with light (visual). This pioneering technique is in its' infancy of exploration and creativity. As it expands it will bring a whole new world of art form. This will take the audience to a whole new level of experiencing the vibratory world of light and sound!
